Description
The goal of this program is to enable Managers and Sr. executives to have a quick understanding of the project management life cycle and how to use project management tools and techniques to manage and execute small-scale projects in their organization such as process improvement, engineering change, and outage management. Participants are taught practical tools and approach on how to plan, execute, implement, control, conduct a risk assessment, and finally close and successfully hand over the project.
