   Course change approvals are subject to availability and discretion.
4. Refund Policy
   Payments are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments or unresolved technical issues.
   Refund requests must be submitted to support@aqamy.com and, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
5. Technical Support
   Aqamy.com provides technical support for access-related issues.
   Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the technical requirements to access the courses.
6. Modification of Terms
   Aqamy.com reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
7. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
