Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Courses
Once access to an online course is granted, the payment is non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or inability to complete the course.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate payment (with proof of transaction).
Technical issues preventing access to the course that cannot be resolved by our support team.
Course cancellation by Aqamy.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, contact support@aqamy.com within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
